Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Wealthrive AI, Inc. ("Wealthrive AI," "we" or "us") collects, uses and shares personal information through the wealthrive.ai website and the Wealthrive.AI platform, including when accessed through RIA.tax, IB.tax or any other Wealthrive.AI-branded site (together, the "Platform"). The Platform serves professionals, not consumers.

1. Two kinds of information

  • Professional user information. Information about you as a website visitor, waitlist member or account holder. We decide how this is used. This also covers clients a professional invites to the client portal: we collect their login details and how they use the portal, and handle that information as described in this policy.
  • Client information. Information you enter about your clients to run an analysis ("Client Data"). We process Client Data on your behalf as your service provider, to deliver the Platform to you, except for the de-identified uses described in Section 4.

3. How we use professional user information

  • Create and manage your account, trial and subscription
  • Provide, secure, support and improve the Platform
  • Process payments and prevent fraud
  • Send service messages, product updates and marketing, which you can opt out of at any time
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms

4. How we use Client Data

We use Client Data to run analyses, produce reports, and route implementation requests you approve. We also create de-identified and aggregated data from Client Data. De-identified data has been processed so it cannot reasonably be used to identify you, your firm or any individual client; removing names or account numbers alone does not meet that standard. We use de-identified data only within Wealthrive AI to analyze, operate and improve our products, including to train and improve our own models. We do not sell it, we do not share it with third-party AI model providers, and we will not attempt to re-identify it.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only as follows:

  • Implementation providers. When you approve implementation for a client, we share the information that provider needs to engage with the client.
  • Service providers that process data for us under confidentiality obligations, including:

  • Affiliates. Wealthrive, Inc., our parent company, under the same protections as this policy.
  • Legal and safety. When required by law, legal process or a regulator, or to protect rights and safety.
  • Business transfers. In a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
  • With your direction. Anywhere else you ask us to share it.

6. AI features

Questions you ask our AI features, and the answers, are logged so our team can review accuracy and improve the Platform. Every savings figure is computed by our tax engine, not generated by AI. Our AI features run on models hosted within our own Amazon Web Services environment through Amazon Bedrock. Before any information reaches a model, we replace names, email addresses, phone numbers, business names and other details that identify you or your clients with placeholder labels. The model provider does not store this information and never uses it to train AI models. Any model training on de-identified data described in Section 4 is done by Wealthrive AI, not by a model provider.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls and redacted inputs, to protect information. No system is perfectly secure. If a security incident affects personal information, we will notify affected users as the law requires, and will notify affected professionals promptly so they can meet their own obligations to clients.

8. Retention

We keep account information while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes. After your account closes, you may export Client Data for 30 days, after which we delete or de-identify it, except where the law requires us to keep it. Logs of questions asked of the AI features are kept as long as needed to review accuracy and improve the Platform. Backups are overwritten on a regular cycle and stay protected until then. De-identified data may be kept indefinitely.

9. Your choices

  • Update account information in your settings.
  • Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link.
  • Manage cookies in your browser settings.
  • Request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information at compliance@wealthrive.ai. Requests about a client's information should come through the professional who entered it.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. These may include the right to know what personal information we hold, and to correct or delete it. We will respond to verified requests as those laws require, and we will not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.

10. Professionals' obligations

If you enter Client Data, you are responsible for giving your clients any privacy notice, and obtaining any consent, that your regulators or the law require, including under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.

11. Children

The Platform is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information as users.

12. Changes and contact

We will post updates here and change the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will notify account holders by email. Questions: compliance@wealthrive.ai.
