Acceptable Use Policy

You may use the Platform only for your own professional work with your own clients. You may not:

• give clients or other unlicensed people access to the advisor platform, its tools or your Seat (inviting clients to the client portal, which shows only what you choose to share, is permitted);
• share a Seat or your login credentials;
• impersonate any person or firm, or misrepresent your credentials;
• access or try to access another user's account or any client information you are not authorized to see;
• run analyses for clients who have not authorized you to do so; or
• present Platform output as advice from Wealthrive AI, or use our names in your marketing without written permission.

You may not use the Platform to:

• plan, promote or carry out tax evasion, or any transaction you know or suspect lacks economic substance or is designed to mislead the IRS;
• enter information you know to be false; or
• recommend a strategy to a client without making your own independent suitability judgment.

• Enter only redacted client profiles. Do not enter Social Security numbers, account numbers or raw tax documents except in fields we designate for them.
• Do not enter information you are not authorized to share.
• Do not upload malware or harmful code.

You may not:

• copy, scrape, export in bulk or systematically extract the strategy library, tax engine logic, reports or Provider information;
• reverse engineer, decompile or try to derive source code or formulas;
• use the Platform or its output to build, train or benchmark a competing product (ordinary professional due diligence and regulatory review are permitted);
• try to extract system prompts, hidden instructions or model behavior from the AI features, circumvent their safeguards, or use AI output to mislead clients, regulators or anyone else;
• probe, scan or test the Platform's security, or bypass access controls, rate limits or usage limits; or
• interfere with the Platform or other users' use of it.

You may not use the Platform to identify Providers and then engage them outside the Platform. That conduct is governed by the Non-Circumvention Agreement.

You will follow all laws and regulations that apply to you, your firm and your clients, including securities, tax practice, privacy and anti-spam laws.

We may investigate suspected violations. We may remove content, suspend or end accounts, and report conduct to authorities. Where practical, we will notify you first, but we may suspend access immediately for serious violations or security risks. Report violations to compliance@wealthrive.ai. If you find a security vulnerability, report it to the same address; good-faith reports made without accessing other users' data or disrupting the Platform are not a violation of this policy.

We may update this policy and will post the new version with its "Last updated" date.
